Went to a little cookout in the park tonight with some of my coworkers and it was pretty fun even though it was mostly the pastry staff who I don't know as well... I ate a whole lot and I got to see a bunch of dragonflies and fireflies too so I'm calling that a win. I really want to try and get to know the pastry staff (and the staff at our other locations) better, especially because some of them are trying to Organize, but it's tough - for all the usual reasons and also because I'm the only one still masking regularly 🙃 Well. I'm doing what I can.

Also last week I was in the middle of moping about not having many new books to read & not being able to visit the library very often and then I remembered I already had the libby app downloaded. So now I'm chewing through all the Discworld books I haven't read yet as a warmup for New new stuff. I've already gone through like six of them and I'm starting to feel like my middle school self again lol
